Six Degrees has joined the Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams Programme. Operator Connect is Microsoft’s latest innovation in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams PSTN deployments.

With Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams, you can facilitate communication better than ever by enabling PSTN calling for Teams using services from third-party telephony operators.

Building on over 15 years’ experience in delivering communications solutions, Six Degrees’ inclusion as one of a select number of providers in the Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams programme will streamline calling capabilities for Teams users by bridging the gap between their Teams environment and Six Degrees as their operator.

Customers will simply need to select Six Degrees as their operator and assign phone numbers to users through the Teams admin centre, reducing deployment and management complexity.

In the event of a service failure or outage on any part of the service, customers will be able to simply manage calls on the Six Degrees Livenumber platform, ensuring cloud-based resilience and high availability with features such as Cloud IVR, Disaster Recovery Routing, Time of Day Routing, PCI Compliance, and others.

The relationship will also provide customers with increased support and reliability through the Operator Excellence structure.
